Help and Support is available for all Lifetime consumers.

Our software comes with an Online Help system which provides a walkthrough of the different features of Lifetime, also answering many frequently asked questions.

In addition to this, customers can also sign up for Lifetime's Support package.
This service provides you with:
•Remote access support for help and diagnosis of problems with the Lifetime Software
•Telephone support and diagnostics for any problems with the Lifetime Software or any problems/explanation required on any of the functions within the software
•Regular Software Updates as Lifetime features are continually being developed and improved
•Assistance provided Monday-Friday 9:00am – 5.00pm (excluding bank holidays)
Subscriptions to this service are based on the number of users you have on site.
