We are delighted to announce that the latest release of Lifetime (version 3.1) is now available. Please see below the new features which we have included in this release.

• Gift Aid HMRC Schedule Generator – with the introduction of Online Gift Aid from HMRC, you can produce the schedule necessary for filing your claim online. The schedule can be generated via Microsoft Office (2007 or newer) or LibreOffice.

Area and District Management – You can now divide your parish up into numbered areas, assigning road names to each area. When you create a new household, the area is then automatically assigned when you choose the road name. You can then organise your envelopes by area making distribution more convenient.

Improved Certificate Layout – The fonts and layouts of the Baptism, Marriage and Confirmation certificates have been improved.

Parish Email Address – You can now store your Parish’s email address in the Parish Information section, and this will appear at the bottom of your certificates.

Improved Unordered Collection Entry – A drop down list has been added to the Unordered Collection screen, meaning you don’t have to tab as much when entering amounts. Select a collection type from the drop down list and this will activate the selected collection type on the screen.

Full Support for larger text sizes – For users who wish to use a larger text size, all Lifetime’s screens now support window’s larger fonts.
